FindFineJob respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1. Data we collect in Phase 0 (Waitlist)
Only: your email · role (job seeker / employer) · selected language · signup timestamp · IP hash (sha256 + salt — non-reversible) for anti-spam.
2. Purpose
To notify you when we launch and to grant Early Bird perks — never sold, never shared with third parties.
3. Encryption & security
Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3 · all access is recorded in an audit log.
4. Your rights (PDPA Article 23-31)
You may request: access · correction · deletion (right to be forgotten) · data export · consent withdrawal — contact dpo@findfinejob.com anytime; we respond within 30 days as required by law.
